TMF 673 Address Validation

Address Validation is a part of the quoting process in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM). When you enter the addresses given by the customer, it is important that the correctness of the addresses is validated and partial addresses are completed. The address validation is an external call made by ESM.

To validate addresses:

1. Create a quote.
2. Add addresses.
3. Initiate Address Validation.

The Omnistudio Integration Procedure associated with the flow then makes a call to the external system. When the app is deployed via the Mulesoft Direct for Salesforce Communications Cloud functionality, the system also creates a Named Credential which abstracts the callout to the Mule app. ESM/checkAddressValidation Integration Procedure makes the callout to the Mule app. A new version of this IP is created and the TMF API call step is modified to call the respective named credential.
